Sabado, Ika-20 ng Agosto, 2005, 9:57n.g., Oras sa Pilipinas

Kaisa ng buong Pilipinas sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika, gagamitin ko ang pambansang wika ng Pilipinas sa pagtala ng aking mga saloobin, opinyon, at karanasan dito sa aking blag!

Marahil ay napapansin ninyo na palagi kong ginagamit ang wikang Ingles sa tuwing ako ay sumusulat dito sa aking blag… Siguro ay iniisip niyo na wala na akong pagmamahal sa ating sariling wika… Ngunit, hindi ito totoo… Mahal ko pa rin ang wikang Filipino… Sa katunayan, ito ang ginagamit ko sa pakikipag-usap sa ibang tao… Ito rin ang wikang ginagamit sa aming tahanan… Napagpasiyahan ko lang na gamitin ang wikang Ingles sa pagsulat ng aking blag upang mahasa ko ang aking abilidad sa paggamit ng wikang ito… Sa araw na ito, wikang Filipino ang aking ginamit upang maging bahagi ako sa pagdiriwang at pagpapahalaga sa ating sariling wika… Totoo ngang napakasalimuot na ng ating wika (ayon sa pagaaral namin ng asignaturang Filipino)… Ngunit sa tulong ng bawat isa sa atin, maaari pang lumiwanag ang dumidilim na kapalaran ng ating pambansang wika…

Ngayon, ibabahagi ko na sa inyo ang mga nangyari sa akin ngayong araw… Sabado, ito ang paborito naming araw… Kahit itanong niyo kina Kathleen, Ginpao, Lester, TJ, at iba pa naming kaklase, ito ang pinakahihintay naming araw sa buong linggo… hehehe… Nagsimula ang aking araw sa paaralan sa asignaturang Network Analysis… Kami ay sinanay ng aming dalubguro sa paksang Thevinin’s at Norton’s Theorems sa pamamagitan ng pagpapasagot sa amin ng mga tanong sa libro… Madali ang mga tanong na ito, at dahil sa pagtutulungan namin ng aking katabi na si Xave, nasagutan namin lahat ng mga tanong… Matapos ay kumain kami at nagkuwentuhan nila Jhen, Ginpao, Xave, at GARSYA (Dianne)… Pinag-usapan din namin ang aming proyekto sa Network Analysis… Bukod doon, napagusapan din namin ang tungkol kay Rico Tan… hehehe… Kinikilig ka ba Jhen?? At kami rin ay nandiri dahil sa nakita naming ipis sa aming kinakainan… Kadiri talaga sa McDonalds sa Intramuros… Ngunit kahit na may ganitong insidente, napipilitan kaming kumain doon dahil sa iyon lang ang pinakamalapit na kainan na may airkon!!! Matapos kumain, nagtungo kami sa aming silid-aralan sa Mechanics at pinagusapan namin ang tungkol sa Centroids… Naintindihan ko naman ang paksa (bihira lang iyon mangyari dahil sa napakagulo mag-turo ng aming dalubguro)… Natapos ito ng ganap na 12:00 ng tanghali, at dito na nagsimula ang aming pinakapaboritong oras sa buong linggo… Network Analysis Laboratory na… Ang aming pinuno kanina ay si Jackie at lubhang napakadali ng eksperimento… Walang pinagkaiba sa mga nakaraang eksperimento, kami nanaman ang unang natapos, kami nanaman ang pinakamagaling, at ang ika-4 na grupo (grupo nila Ginpao at Kathleen at nung kinaiinisan nila) ang pinakamaingay… hehehe… Hindi naman kami masyadong nataranta at nagkagulo ngayong araw… Matapos ng impyernong aming naramdaman, nagtungo kami sa McDonalds (uli) para magpahinga at kumain at magkuwentuhan… Kasama ko sila Kathleen, Ginpao, Eli, Lester, Alvin, Braymon at Feddie… Inasar ng inasar ni Ginpao si Kathleen ng M.V. hehehe… Ngunit kailangan ng maghanda ni Ginpao dahil sa Lunes ay si Kathleen naman ang mang-aasar ng A.Z. hehehe… Marami ring tinuro si Eli sa amin na mga bagay-bagay na tanging matatalino lang tulad namin (ako at lahat ng nabanggit sa taas) ang nakakaunawa… Nagkaroon talaga kami ng isang napakaganda at napakasayang oras na magkakasama! Umuwi kami ng sabay-sabay, baon ang mga ngiti na dulot ng oras na aming pinagsamahan… hehehe… Sa Lunes na uli kami magkikita-kita, at sigurado ako na isang masayang linggo nanaman ang aming pagsasamahan!

Para sa aking Lyndon’s Picks: Abangan ninyo ang Pinoy Big Brother… Mukhang magiging isang napakagandang palabas ito… Mapapanuod ang Pinoy Big Brother Updates sa ABSCBN tuwing bago mag Home Boy, pagkatapos ng Wowowee, at bago mag Meteor Garden… Mapapanuod ang Pinoy Big Brother sa ABSCBN pagkatapos ng Kamapanerang Kuba, at ang Pinoy Big Brother Up Late matapos ang ABSCBN News Shows… Ang Pinoy Big Brother Eviction Night pagkatapos ng TV Patrol World Sabado… At sa Studio 23 araw-araw bago mag Wazzup Wazzup para sa mga Never Seen Footages… Manuod lang sa ABSCBN at Studio 23 para sa mga pagbabago…

PAALALA: Malapit na ang ika-8 sison ng CHARMED! Mayroon ng pinalabas na mga eksklusibong larawan para sa ika-8 sison!!!

Nararapat nga na mahalin, at irespeto natin ang ating sariling wika… Kahit na gasgas na ang kasabihang ito, dapat pa rin natin itong alalahanin at isabuhay… "Ang hindi magmahal sa sariling wika, ay daig pa ang isang malansang isda!"… Mahalin ang sariling atin… Mahaling ang wikang Filipino…

Hanggang dito na lang… Hanggang sa susunod nating pagsasama… Maraming salamat at magandang gabi!

Welcome to my 20th blog post!!!

Surprised?! Am I too early to post this blog… hehehe.. This is the 20th entry of my blog and I want to share this entry with you a little earlier than usual…

Aren’t you thankful that you can see the beauty of this world? Well, I am, for sure… And I was wondering what makes this world such a "Beautiful World"… Maybe the people, the animals, the plants… And I have thought of COLORS… Colors make this world beautiful… Imagine a world of no colors… It’s not black and white! It’s simply BLACK! Absence of color makes everything gloomy, ominous, sad… Realizing these, colors play an important part in this world. And we, most of the times, tend to relate everything in our lives with colors…

Ok… It’s now time for a little sharing… Let me share with you what happened to me this day, technically, this morning… It was Thursday and it’s another Network Analysis Lecture class… We had an exam and we all thought that our professor would be giving the same questions he had given to his other class… All of us are feeling quite relieved that we would pass the exam… BUT, this feeling was cut short when our professor gave the questions… They were different… Some felt blue, some were a little confused, but many felt hopeless… Count me OUT! I answered all the questions in the exam and I am 99.99% sure that I got all of it correctly… The previous tests were returned and I was glad with the results… It had been quite a good day, unbelievably, for Net.Ana.Lec… Nothing happened during our vacant… During our Mechanics class, the previous seatwork was returned and I did not get a good grade on it… Too bad… BUT, another seatwork was given awhile ago and I was able to answer it… Again I am 99.99% sure of my answers… BTW, I wonder what light blue and blue mean to Ginpao?! hehehe… Just joking… I think that Kathleen knows the answer… Ginpao, ask her!!! That’s it for today!!!

It’s now time for Lyndon’s Picks!!! My pick for today is: THE COLOR GREEN! Green is my favorite color… It is the color of Nature… It is a very refreshing color… For me, green makes me comfortable whenever I’m not at ease… I also have personal reasons why I like color green… And some of these reasons are not suited for ages under 18 yrs old… hehehe… Try it… Wear something green or try to stare at the color green and see for yourselves why I liked it!

Colors are indeed everywhere… Colors make this world a beautiful place to live in… Colors, more importantly, give meaning to our lives…

Hey! I’m back! Welcome to this evening’s blog post!

Today’s been another ordinary day… It started out well… Many changes and firsts happened during our Electronics Laboratory Class.. It was the first time that our professor came early in class… It was the first time that he dismissed us on time… BUT, it wasn’t the first time that our group had the highest score in the preliminary data sheets! What would you expect?! Brains and brawns, all together on our group… hehehe… After the class, we went out to eat our lunch then to find an internet cafe where we can play the on-LAN game that is very much addicting! Unfortunately, no internet cafe could accommodate us during those times (well, it’s lunch time!)… We just went to the library and practiced on using the PSPICE computer application… Then it was our Electronics Lecture Class… Reporters were assigned and, unluckily, we were not picked… The great side was, we did not have a class because our great professor needed to attend an important meeting! Wasn’t that great! We just had our time with Jhen and Tin outside their Logic Laboratory room… BTW, both Tin and I are in orange shirt today… hehehe… During our Electromagnetics class… hmmm…. Do I need to share what happened?! Maybe I’ll not share it because Ginpao might be mad, really mad, if I’ll share it with you!!! hehehe… Better ask Kathleen what’s it all about! hehehe… Z….. hehehe!!! During the bus ride, I saw some known faces… Ericson, my classmate on Filipino class, was one… I also saw the person I don’t want to see… OMG! Why?! Why did I see Maam O______?! hehehe… That’s it! I think that’s all the things that had transpired this day… I just hope that by tomorrow my luck would change for the better…

I also have some changes on my blog posts soon… The first change is that I’ll add another feature on my blog… It’s "Lyndon’s Picks"! I’ll recommend some things, books, movies, music, websites, and more on every blog post… Here’s my first pick: the movie "Devil’s Advocate" starring Keanu Reeves and Al Pacino… I already watched this movie over a dozen times and I really liked it… Try grabbing a DVD and watch it… Enjoy and learn everything from it… Now, as I’m typing this blog, I’m watching it on HBO! It’s really a great movie… Enjoy!

I guess that’s it for now… Remember that there is nothing permanent in this world but change… You could change, for the better or for the worse… Your friends may change… The group you are in might also change over time… But even if TIME couldn’t stop CHANGE from happening, I assure you, my dear friends, that the memories and experiences I had with you would always be with me, in my heart… I wouldn’t let CHANGE take them away from me…

Hey! Welcome back to my blog!

I just finished doing my laboratory report for Electronics Laboratory tomorrow… It wasn’t that hard nor easy… Confused?! Not that difficult because I already know what to include in it… Not that easy because of the circuits that were needed to be drawn using the $%@# software "Multisim"… It could have been a lot easier if I had drawn it using the PSPICE application but until now I could not install it properly… I guess that’s enough for my lab. report…

Hmmm… Let me think of what had transpired today… Network Analysis was fun… FUN?! Am i joking myself?! Well, technically it’s not fun rather its amusing… Our professor was not in the mood for teaching and he often made mistakes… He blamed the hotness of the classroom… What an excuse!!! Well, the next time that we want him NOT to teach, we’ll just turn off the ‘aircons’ and the ceiling fans! hehehe… Thursday would be another make or break day… It would be our third exam for the subject… Luckily, the class where our friends are in would take the exam tomorrow… You know what would happen by tomorrow… hehehe…

Our Mechanics class wasn’t that good either… First, we (Me, Ginpao, Kathleen, and more) didn’t have an assignment, but with fate on our sides, our professor gave us a chance to answer the homework for a couple of minutes, which we did answer, by means of C_P_I_G! Another great thing is that i got a much higher score on the assignment than what my classmates, who did their works at home, got! Am I not superb?! hehehe… We also had a seatwork and, fortunately, I got two of the required values…

What a day!!! It seems that good luck was with me the whole day! Oh well, they say that when there is good luck there is always bad luck… It is just like saying that in every action there is always an equal and opposite reaction… I wouldn’t let bad luck strike me with its wrath… I believe that we make our own destinies. Our desicions dictate what would happen to us. If good luck comes, then accept it. However, if bad luck comes, just pray and believe that you’ll overcome it. Make the right decisions and, for sure, you’ll be able to free yourself with bad luck!

Let me leave you with this very touching and inspiring text messgae: "If a little birdie in the sky dropped a poopoo in your eye, don’t scream, don’t cry, just thank God that carabaos don’t fly!" hehehe… It just tells us that we shouldn’t forget to thank God for the blessings He has given us, even the smallest one!!!

Hi to all! I hope you just had a good day, ‘coz I had one! Check out what’s new below the title of my blog… ^^^

Roses are red… Isn’t that too old?! Well, I am into watching this show entitled "Green Rose" and I kinda liked it… The story is nice, as well as the characters… On one part of the show, Jerome explained about a green rose… Red and blue roses are quite common, I couldn’t agree more… But there is this one special rose that can only be found in heaven… This rose would not wither forever… It’s the green rose… And Jerome assures Angela of a green rose… How romantic!!! The green rose as a new symbol for love… Not a bad idea… It works for me, besides from being too romantic, green is my favorite color! It would also save us from the aged saying: Roses are red! Wouldn’t you agree?!

Ok! Let me now share with you what happened today… It’s Monday and a start for another school week… I saw my friends and it’s like a millennium since we last saw each other… Am I exaggerating?! hehehe… Electronics and Electromagnetics classes went well… Both were fun… I also got the chance to talk with Tin and Jhen… I got to chat with Kathleen regarding SOME IMPORTANT THINGS, I guess! And the rest were not that worth sharing…

Let me leave you with this: If a person did everything for you, loved you, and trusted you in everything you do, don’t ever let go of this person for you will realize one day that this person is willing to love you forever…

At last… I’m back!!!

Maybe some of you are wondering what happened to me… Well, first of all, if you would check the post before this one, I was terribly sick during those times… Second reason, I wasn’t able to post because of the continuous and, I thought, a never-ending shower of school works… The final and worst reason is I couldn’t update my blog because friendster keeps redirecting me to my homepage… What the heck?! I’m here!!! And I’m back!!!

Let me share with you what happened this day… This day is our favorite day… Why?! It’s SATURDAY! Why Saturday?! Because it’s another day of HELL! It’s another day for Network Analysis Laboratory!!! I know that most of my classmates in this subject feel the way that I feel… hehehe… The class started good… But good wasn’t good enough… The equipment provided for our group were all as good as piles of garbage ready for burning!!! I guess that you already know what I mean… Our data for the experiment were worse than we expected… The only good thing is that we had drawn the graphs properly… I was also glad that I got a good score on the previous experiment… I hope that next week would be better for our group… As I always say to Ginpao, Kathleen, Lester, TJ, and to all of my friends: SABADO NA NAMAN!!!

The rest of the day was not as bad as it was during 12:00-4:30pm (Net.Ana. Lab.)… I had a time with my friends and I got the graphs on the exercises on PSpice correctly…

I’ll upload more pictures in my photo album as soon as I go to my cousin’s house!
